Everybody wants the ultimate happiness in everyway.But the people don't know how to get real happiness. To get the real happiness in life there is a easy way.
Just surrender yourself to the lotus feet of Bhagawan & be a property (soththu) of Bhagwan. Yes, you must be a property of Bhagwan. Being His property means to live according to His wishes.
How can you live like a property? For example lets take a book, if you want to read, you can read, if you don't want to read, you can keep it wherever you like.If you are not reading the book then also it will remain as it is. When you are reading, at the time also it will be as it is. It won't insist you to read it.It won't move from the place where you kept it.That is it won't have its individual interest or opinion.It just fulfills the wishes of owner.That's all.Be a property of Bhagwan and fulfill the wishes of your owner.

Bharatha Bhoomi is the holy land with so many bhaktas(devotees).When we go through the Indian history there must be a bhakta in every period.That is the greatness of this sacred land. Bhaktas are the role model for all the bonded souls. They enjoy their life in a perfect way.Bhaktas surrender themselves to the Lotus feet of Bhagawan.By hearing or reading bhaktas divine story, the bonded soul is enlightened to come out of the worldwide bondages.
There is no difference between a male bhakta or female bhakta.Actually speaking its easy for females to do Bakthi. In Indian History, there were so many female devotees. Their sacrifies and devotion are simply great! They just lived for Bhagawan's happiness.Aandaal, Meera, Janabhai, Sakubai, Thulukka Nachiyaar, Vishnupriya, Lakshmi Ammal are some of female bhaktas. We'll know about Sakubai's divine love for Bhagawan Sri Vitthal (Pandurangan of Pandaripur) this time.
Radhekrishna! Some souls are gifted at the young age to attain a Sathguru. Yes, getting a sathguru in childhood is something great.At the young age, there won't be any sort of worries regarding worldly materials, so the children just enjoy thier happiness of life. When they grow older their attitude towards the life changes, they get totally submerged in this worldly things.That is the reason why the elders are not enjoying happiness. Almost all the time elders are just thinking about the worldly needs and miss enjoying happiness through out their life.
Attaining a Sathguru at the younger age is very important.If you get a Sathguru at a younger age, it will be very good to lead a happy and prosperous life.A Sathguru alone has the capacity to enlighten the souls. If you are enlightened then you can easily come out of all the sorrows & sufferings. Dhruva, Prahlad, Aandaal and Meera were some of the examples who got a Sathguru at a younger age.They enjoyed all sorts of happiness.
The sameway Sakubai attained a Sathguru one day during her playtime with friends.A great day in her life. Yes! The day when you attain a sathguru that is the turning point in your life.After attaining a Sathguru, the mental attitude towards the life totally changes.

Guru is Lord Brahma
Guru is Lord Vishnu
Guru is Lord Maheshwara
Guru is the Real Ultimate.So our pranams to such Guru, our salutations to such Guru. Guru produces gynanam (wisdom) so he is the Brahma who produces all things. Guru safeguards our wisdom and saadwika bhaavam. So the Guru is Lord Vishnu who safeguards the people.
Guru destroys all our Ahambhavam (self-righteous) (I) and Mamakaram (mine). So the guru is Lord Maheshwara who destroys all the evil things.
These three works of Parabrahma(omnipotent & omnipresent) ie., producing, safeguarding and destroying are done by a Sathguru in a bonded soul and liberating it from sorrows.So Guru is the Parabrahma.
Radhekrishna! Sakubai was born in a small village near by Pandharpur.At the age of five, one day she was playing with her friends, which any kid enjoys! At that time, one elderly Brahmin passed through the streets. He was in a deep meditation & he was chanting continuously Bhagawan Sri Vitthal's name. Sakubai saw that elderly man. She was amazed to see such an elderly person in such a state of happiness.She really wanted the same happiness in her life.Everybody wants happiness.But they are not ready to surrender themselves to the Lotus feet of Sathguru. But little Sakubai went to that Brahmin and bowed her head at the Lotus feet of that Brahmin.
This is the Greatness of Hinduism. As per the Hindu Shastras (customs), youngsters must bow (pranams) and show their respect to the elders.By this way there will be a good co-operation between the youngsters & elders.So there won't be any problem because of generation gap.
The elders must guide the youngsters who do pranams to them.This is the exact and a good way of keeping relations between elders & youngsters with different mental attitude.Sakubai did pranams to the elderly Brahmin. The elderly Brahmin asked Sakubai, 'What do you want my child?' Sakubai heard his sweet voice & realized the happiness in him.She replied calmly, 'I want the happiness, which you are enjoying'.The elderly Brahmin was surprised to hear this strong & stubborn voice in which there was a desire for real happiness. He looked at little Sakubai's Lotus eyes & saw the Krishna prema (love) in her eyes.
Every Sathguru wants such a Sishya(Disciple) because those who are in a urge to enjoy the real happiness will accept Lord Sri Krishna & His Holy Name very easily & respectfully. A good sishya must have the thirst to realize Bhagawan. If you are having such an unbearable thirst then surely you will get a Sathguru.Elderly Brahmin could feel the Gopi Bhavana (feeling) in Sakubai's heart. Yes! Sathguru can easily feel the disciple's inner feelings.So the elderly Brahmin decided to give Mantra Upadesam to Sakubai. (Mantra Upadesam – The Sacred Holy Name of Bhagwan Sri Krishna which will be taught secretly by a Sathguru to his true disciple) What a great mercy of a Sathguru! Radhekrishna!
Sathguru enjoys Bhagawan Sri Krishna along with Krishna's holy names.Sathgurus don't want to hide the secret of real happiness from anyone.This is the power of Hinduism.The Guruparampara is safeguarding this sacred Holy Spiritual Land for so many centuries.The Guruparampara is still going on. There is no end for this Guruparampara. Sincere pranams to the great Guruparampara of great Hinduism in the greatest Evergreen Spiritual Land throughtout the whole world called Bharatha Bhoomi or Hindustan or India.
Sathguru gave the holy sacred name of Sri Krishna to young Sakubai.She felt very happy after hearing Bhagawan's Holy name.It was the greatest moment in her life!!! Yes! at the time of Mantraupadesam the sins of the disciple are destroyed. There are no sins as the sathguru destroys all sins by chanting God's Holy name.The power of holy name is something great Sakubai once again bowed her head to the Sathguru. She totally surrendered herself to her Sathguru.
Sathguru (elderly Brahmin) said, 'Child, do continuous chanting...surrender yourself to Bhagawan Sri Krishna. Do your duties for Bhagawan Sri Krishna. Accept the facts of life. Just live for Bhagawan.' Sakubai heard silently & replied respectfully, 'Yes! Guruji! I will obey your words.' You also follow these words of Sathguru & enjoy your life. Radhekrishna! Dear bhakthas, you must be eagerly awaiting for the past two months to see the secrets of Bhagawath Geetha.Earlier we have seen the glory of Bhagawath Geetha, from this month onwards lets learn the secrets of ultimate happiness & success of life from the Bhagwat Geetha.... Do you know who published the first English translation of srimath Bhagavath Geetha? The East India Company The East India Company, which ruled India for so many years back, were the first publishers of our own great Srimath Bhagawath Geetha.That is the glory of our Lord Shri Krishna's words. For that publication Mr. Warren Hastings gave the preface, who was the ruler of some part of India at that time.Even though our ‘Karma Bhoomi' was ruled by so many kingdom at different periods our Hinduism is so strong and good to attract everybody very easily. In that preface Sir Warren Hastings wrote as follows :
“At a period England may loose India. But the England will be Great forever if it implements the secrets told in Srimath Baghavath Geetha which was born in India” See, how they realised the importance of Srimath Bhagawath Geetha.The English Ruler were able to understand the glory of Srimath Bhagawath Geetha.But nowadays, many people are of the opinion that Bhagawath Geetha is an age old book which is not practically applicable for the 21st century. We may live is 21st Century! But what is the difference between the 5th century and 21st century.The only difference is the rapid scientific development. In the 5th century also, man ate food through their mouth, they saw using their eyes only, they heard through their ears only, they smelt through their nose only, they also married, they also worked. Even in the 21st century also, every human does the same just like as in 1st century or 5th century or might be 10th century. Now think...!! What is the big difference? The only difference was they lived peacefully.But nowadays almost everybody complains of 'tension', 'stress'. The only common word chanted around the world by people of all age group, very sad, isn't it??!! We can also live peacefully in this 21st century with Srimath Baghavath Geetha. See How merciful our Lord Sri Krishna is.....the easiest way of living happily.Everybody expects that there must be someone to take care of us...Bhagwan Sri Krishna says that, He is here to take care of you, at all times. Because none but only He is the one and only permanent Being in this world.....Radhekrishna Is it possible to think about Him constantly and continuously in this 21st century’s fast moving world? Yes, its possible for everyone. During the office hours, often people think about their family. The people who are at the home also very oftenly think about the children at school and family persons in offices. The same way you can think Bhagwan.By constant practice you can attain a position like Prahlad or Dhruva who constantly thought Bhagwan. Human mind is very powerful to attain any high levels in life. You have to utilize the power to think Bhagwan. How can we have a continous thought process about Bhagwan? By continuous chanting, anyone can easily think about Bhagwan constantly. Whenever we are repeating the names of persons or some other things, the shape of that particular thing comes to our mind easily. Like this by chanting Bhagwan’s name mind will be engaged in Bhagwan’s beauty. When the mind is fully engaged in a particular place the power of mind is extraordinarily. Science people are thelling these ideas now-a-days.But Hinduism revealed this secret long before. By continuous thinking of Bhagwan’s beauty your mind’s bad thoughts will be vanished very very easily. When all the negative attitudes of mind is removed there will be more and more space to think about Bhagwan.When we are thinking only about Bhagwan there is no other alternative way, he has to take care. It is very difficult to accept this real fact but if you want to realise this, you must try this method. Just think about Bhagwan.Surely He will take care of your need and safety.Do your duties for Bhagwan and Enjoy the real happiness. Dear bhaktas! Radhekrishna!!!!! Last month we read about the secret story behind Nalayira Divya Prabandam.What a sincere effort was put by Sri Nadhamunigal to retrieve the divine songs.What a mercy came from Swami Nammazhwar towards sincere Devotee! The Naalaayira Divya Prabandham are divided in to 4 parts as Mudhalaayiram (one thousand) - 1000, Irandayiram(two thousand) - 2000, Moondrayiram (Three thousand) - 3000 and Nangaayiram(Nalayiram) (four thousand) - 4000. Naalaayira divyaprabandham's contents consist of 1000 verse each as follow : In this 4000 divine songs 3892 songs were composed long before. These songs were composed by 'Azhwars and Andaal'. The 108 paasuram (poems) were of Swami Ramanuja. There 108 paasurams of Eramanuja Nootrandhadhi were added with the permission of Lord Sri Ranganathar of Srirangam during Swami Ramanuja's period. The importance of Naama Sankeerthanaa is told in several paasurams(poems) of Naalayira Divya Prabandham. Out of 4000 hymns, the paasuram of Aandaal in Thiruppavai is simply superb! It just reveals the secret of cleansing all our sins in a very easy way.Let us enjoy those paasurams in the coming months. Bhagwan Sri Krishna is the Maayan.He is the king of Mathura. He came to Nandha Gokulam on the banks of Holy Sacred Big Yamuna river as a beautiful lamp to the Yadhavas. He made Yashoda's womb the best in the world only because of this beautiful bond, Yashodha could tie the supreme Almighty to a pestle (known as ural in tamil).He is the Damodharan(who was tied by a rope).Let us offer flowers onto his lotus feet with pure heart and clean body.Let us sing his Holy names and meditate on Him in our Heart.By doing this, all the sins done in previous Janmaas (births) will be destroyed very easily.At the same time the paapas (sins) done in this Janma (present birth) also will be destroyed. The unknown paapas, if occurred due to the 'Karmavasana' will also be burnt this way. The Bhagwan's Naama (Lord's Name) is just like a fire which destroys all types of sins, like a cotton which gets burnt very easily in a fire. This is the power of Bhagawan's name. So one should always do continuous chanting.Always think about Lord Shri Krishna in our heart. By chanting and thinking of Lord Krishna alone, anyone can be liberated from all the sins & bondages.So chant 'Krishna' and be a happy.This is the only way in 'Kaliyuga' to attain salvation. The way is told.Now it is in our hands to get liberated or to be in sufferings, so lets take the right decision and this is the right time. Radhekrishna!! By our Guruji Amma's grace and blessings, I had my 2nd child, one and half years back. For the past two years, I am attending sathsang of our Guruji Mahaan Brahmashree Gopalavallidasan.So by Amma's grace I could attend sathsangs throughout the nine months of my pregnancy.
Generally during pregnancy, ladies experience problems like tiredness, giddiness and vomiting , but due to my Gurujiamma's grace i faced no such problems.I was very active throughout the pregnancy. Even I could feel the difference as this was my second child.I suffered a lot during my first pregnancy.And this time I didn't even take any vitamin supplements, tonic and I didn't even take any special care, like most pregnant woman take. As and when, I speak with Amma on phone, Ammma's words were like an energy tonic for me. Always She used to say do 'Nama Jabam' continuously 'Don't worry for anything, God is always with you.' Chant 'Radhekrishna', take care of your health.These are the tonic, vitamin tablets and everything from me. Though I have not seen Amma before she gave me immense happiness, just through her melodious sweet voice.The only tonic I had was 'Sathsangam'.I live in Mumbai, where mostly all live in flat system.. We wouldn't have spacious place to sit during my daily sessions of satsangam, yet I never felt any discomfort. In short I had forgotten that I was pregnant at all!!
Really I could realise the power of 'Nama jabam and Amma's grace' which I cannot express in mere words. If somebody ever enquired me about my pregnancy, then only I used to remember that I was pregnant. My labour pain started on one fine Monday morning, I had attended sathsang even on the earlier Sunday night. I have taken the blessings of our Guruji and I was admitted in the hospital. By the grace and blessing of Amma I yelled only “Krishna and Radhekrishna” through out my labour. I can say proudly that I did not shout 'Aiyyo, Amma, appa and all'. Because of Amma's blessing and namajabam, I didn't even have much pain. My husband and I had decided that this was not our child and this child is sathsang's child. We surrendered our little boy to Amma. All the mothers can get this golden opportunity, if they attend sathsang and if they get the blessings of Guruji Amma.
I felt the grace of our Guru and also the importance of Namajabam during my pregnancy everyday. These are the feelings I wanted to share with you all.Actually I am expressing my feelings very shortly.It could not be expressed with mere words. We can just experience it, that's all. DO YOU WANT TO TASTE THE DIVINE POWER? THEN JUST SURRENDER YOURSELF TO SHREE POOJYASHREE SHREE AMMA……… An ever-grateful disciple of Gurujiamma from Mumbai.....

They requested Mahan Brahmashree Gopalavallidasan for so many programmes in their village in a short span of time.Mahan Brahmashree Gopalavallidasan accepted the invitation Shri Narayanan and his family made all good arrangements for the satsangams.(Shri Venkatesan of Dombivli and Shri Krishnakumar of Palayamkottai) 28th to 30th May - Parasalla - Bhaktas felt the divine power of sathsangam in their place in three days.They really enjoyed the sathsangams. On 30th nonstop sathsangam took place in several places of Parasalla during Ekadasi....The Panduranga Mahimai and Meerabhai bhakta charitras melted the hearts of Parasalla devotees.

He, who generates lot of false expectations from any of his actions, cannot perform effectively and efficiently. His mind is always occupied with the thought as to what will he gain out of his work. Therefore he is not able to concentrate on his work. As poison spoils the food, false expectations spoil the work.

A snake does not eat food and thus observes a fast. A heron stands in the state of contemplation. They do not have a pure mind. They act with malice. Rats hide out in very difficult locations. A donkey too applies ash to its body. A crocodile lives in a sacred river. A crow takes bath in a sacred river. An action performed without underlying purity of mind is useless.

Gurujiamma's shishyas welcomed gurujiamma and appa at Thirunelveli railway station with namasankeerthanams and garlands.Many fortunate people present at the railway station had the opportunity to do naama sankeerthan alongwith the Amma's devotees.Everyone was able to feel the power of namasankeerthana.When gurujiamma arrived at Thirunelveli, even the skies rejoiced and welcomed her and celebrated the occasion with the rain showers!!!!!!!!!!! In the evening gurujiamma and appa attended the pravachanams of Mahan Brahmashree Gopalavallidasan and blessed the people.Gurujiamma gave a sathsang in the Adhinadhar Sannidhi under the Thiruppuliashwar [the tamarind tree where all the great bhakthas had done kalakshebam] Gurujiamma was warmly welcomed by the devotee in Azhwar Thirunagari. Devotees enjoyed sathsang and bhajans with gurujiamma in Navathiruppathi divyadesams.Mahan Brahmashree Gopalavallidasan given a lecture about each divyadesam in those holy places. Namasankeerthan took place in all the holy lands. An elderly brahmin of Sri Madhurakaviazhwaar's heir came to amma's place and recited Divya Prabandhams and got blessings.Gurujiamma advised the devotees to chant for the welfare of our great Hinduism. So many people able to feel the power of gurujiamma at all places.In the evening gurujiamma came to the great Srivaikundam and attended the pravachanams of Mahan Brahmashree Gopalavallidasan.There gurujiamma did sathsang about importance of namasankeerthana.PoojyaShree Shree Ammas devotee Shri Raghavan's uncle Shri D.Srinivasan and his son and Shri Rajappa of Azhwar Thirunagari had made all the proper arrangements for the sathsangam. Later Shri D Srinivasan of Srivaikundam temple invited gurujiamma to his place.Gurujiamma and appa kindly accepted the invitation and went to their home along with devotees.
Bhakthas enjoyed the holy trip with gurjiamma, appa and Mahan Brahmashree Gopalavallidasanasan to Thiruckurungudi and did namasankeerthana at that holy place.Bhakthas really enjoyed the real happiness.That day was gurujiammas birthday so bakthas were very happy to be with gurujiamma.That evening gurujiamma visited Shri Raghavan's relative place in Azhwaar Thirunagari.
