Many of us are not satisfied after having eaten onion the taamasik aharam and get frustrated with the person who do not provide it and get angry on them. They feel, let me eat for some more days and are not contented. Hence, this proves that what a child gets from the human beings when it comes to this Bhooloka is the arrogance (ahambhavam) and is a slave to the taste, which again results in arrogance. When the sugar is less in the milk the child refuses to drink it and spits it, which the elders say with pride that the child will not drink it since the sugar is less. They say my child will not drink plain milk. Who has created this habit? It is only the elders who have created this habit in child. This is a type of ahambhavam.

Then, they keep thrusting the currency notes in the infant's hands and keep commenting, look, the baby is holding the money tightly, he will prosper. Why? Only the child who holds tightly will be nice and the other children who do not hold tightly will not be nice? Look uncle has come, boy next door has come from abroad!!!! People are crazy about people living in foreign countries. People there too have only two hands, two legs. They also experience hunger and thirst. What do we not have in our country?

Why are people talking big about foreign countries thinking that we do not possess them in our country? Everything is there with us. There they do not have the great things called spirituality, guru paramparai that is there only in India and nowhere. Yoga, that is also there only in India and nowhere else. You have been searching since so many years and in spite of searching for it deeply you did not get and today you have got it. You should search it in the proper place. Will you get it if you search for it anywhere else? Radhekrishna! Looks like today is a very fortunate day for you!!

So, when a child is taking birth in this Bhooloka, we should inculcate the love towards God and instead of teaching about spirituality they are teaching all unwanted things today. Even at the age of 60,70 and 80 years which old man is not looking at the nasty cinema posters while walking on the road? Are they satisfied? On the contrary, they think if nobody is looking at me, let me have a look for some more while. Where are they satisfied?

Firstly, they should have the will power and have a control over these things. It is only the human beings are becoming disorderly though so many elders have been teaching them all the good things. Whereas the animals are the same and happy what they were since so many years though there is nobody to teach them these good things.

People proudly keep saying that their child was born in the Apollo Hospital. How is it possible? A child is born from the mother's womb to this Bhooloka and that too only because of God's wish. The child keeps listening to this incident repeatedly saying he was born in the Apollo Hospital by the elders at home and starts feeling that Apollo Hospital means something special and unknowingly develops arrogance within him by about 2 years of age. Children should be taught only the good things that are about God. Today, none of the elders do it since they themselves are not aware of it and only know about the varieties of T.V.programmes and do not teach about spirituality. 

In those days, a couple of Asuras (wicked demons) lived in the jungles by name. Today, T.V. and computer are the biggest evil things (Asuras). If in a house a child is alone who has a computer and when the parents go out, we can easily assume what the child must have been doing. Today, the things, which are not wanted, are given to the children. Why such things happen? The mother has to go out since she is employed and to compromise the loss of her absence she buys such things for her child. Today, are you all aware as to where our society is directing towards? 

But, to bring back in the proper order is the only breath and work of this Radhekrishna Sathsangam by means of conducting Sathsangam and doing Namajabam for this universe. As Bhagawan Krishna has already quoted in His Bhagavath Geeta that whenever there is a decline to Dharma, I will take my incarnation in this Bhooloka and put back everything in the proper order. Hence, to arouse again the namajabam is the only breath of Radhekrishna Sathsangam, which we are doing. You can also join with us for this and keep chanting within yourselves Krishna, Krishna, Krishna, Krishna, Krishna and by chanting so you can realize the mahimai of Namasankeertana. Each one will realize how an individual should live their lives. Everyone would be thinking, why? Are we not living our lives? Definitely, living the life with chanting will show the difference as to what was their earlier way of living the life, which will put one into shame. 

As everybody in Radhekrishna Sathsangam very commonly tells Guruji Amma for having lost all these days without Guruji Amma.Past is past. Now that you have got it, do not leave it. Enjoy it. So namasankeertanam is the prime. Can we not attain God by doing all the other good deeds? Definitely not. Only by namasankeertanam and attending the Sathsangams one can attain God. Can anybody attain God? Definitely possible. Can one see God? Definitely possible. Can one feel God? Definitely possible. Truly possible. One who is interested in it will enjoy the same when they come to attend the Bhajans and Sathsangams.This is fully true and they will definitely enjoy it. Radhekrishna, Radhekrishna, Radhekrishna.

Radhekrishna, life is full of experiences. Each and every single minute there is a turning point in it and miraculous things take place. Some particular incidents bring about a drastic change in everyone’s life. In the same way an incident took place in Neelan’s life when he met Kumudhavalli. Neelan placed a marriage proposal before Kumudhavalli’s foster father. At that time Kumudhavalli placed a condition to marry him. This is where the last issue was stopped. Are you eagerly waiting to know the condition placed by Kumudhavalli? 

The condition was she would marry only a Sri Vaishnavite.

Vaishnavite means devotee of Supreme personality. In ancient Hinduism’s sacred books there were many slokas illustrating a perfect Vaishnava. There are many different methods in Vaishnavism. Every method has its own procedures and rituals. Even though there are different procedures and rituals, ultimately it takes the devotee to the eternal happiness. Madhvasampradhaya, Gaudiya sampradhaya and Sreevaishnava sampradhaya are some of the different methods of vaishnavism.

Among these sampradhayas, Aazhwars and many great Aacharyas followed Sreevaishnava sampradhaya.

In Sreevaishnava sampradaya, there is a ritual to become a perfect Vaishnavite. The ritual is called as “Panchasamskaram”. "Panchasamskaram means five steps of sanctification”

By doing this, bonded soul is blessed by the omnipotent to attain the eternal happiness.

The sacred five steps that are performed by a Sathguru (spiritual master) are as follows :

1. Thaaba Samskaram: 

Marking the shoulders with the symbol of Shankh (Conch) and Chakram (the Sacred wheel). 

2. Dhwaadhasa Oordhva Pundram: 

Adorn ThirumaN [a type of white clay] and Shreechurnam [a product of turmeric] at 12 places on the body. 

3. Dhaasya Naamam: 

Naming, Bagawan’s or devotee’s name followed with ‘dhaasan’ instead of the existing name given by the parents. 

4. Manthra Upadhesam: 

Revealing the power and importance of Nama and instructing the method of chanting. 

5. Thiruvaaraadhanam: 

 (i)  The method of worshipping the Lord. 

 (ii) The method of giving offerings to Lord. 

Those who are accepting these rituals are considered as 'Sri Vaishnavite'. Kumudhavalli insisted this method only. So Neelan wanted to become a SriVaishnavite only to marry Kumudhavalli. Neither he had interest nor faith in the Lord. Radhekrishna! Radhekrishna! Radhekrishna! Radhekrishna! Radhekrishna! Radhekrishna! Radhekrishna! Radhekrishna! Radhekrishna! Radhekrishna! Radhekrishna! Radhekrishna! That’s the power of Bagawan Sri Krishna and His Leela. 

So our Neelan searched for a sathguru [spiritual master] to perform these rituals. But he didn’t find anyone.No one was ready to perform these rituals for Neelan. In spite of this he didn’t loose his desire. You must have a desire like this! Then only you can succeed in your spiritual life. Then only you can enjoy the eternal bliss. Realising the eternal bliss and enjoying it, is the purpose of human life. 

Neelan was in constant search of a Sathguru. But everything was in vain. The days were passing on. As the days were passing on, his desire went on increasing. At last a person agreed to do these rituals for him. That person was...........Wait till next month. Until then Radhekrishna!

Last month we saw how the housewives can do all their karmas for Bagawan Krishna and thereby enjoy their life and can be happy. This month we  will see how the office goers can too be very happy by doing their karmas for Bagawan Krishna.

In our daily life you all go to office and work under one or several persons. We all have stipulated work timings and monotonous job profiles. At many offices the work timings exceed than the normal timings very frequently. There are plenty of late sittings and huge pressure involved. Some bosses treat the employees as servant and try to suck their blood. There are talks that prick the heart and there are times when we are so upset and frustrated that we lose our way and don’t feel like going to work.

The main reason why majority of the office goers face lot of pressure and tension in their office work is because they do the work for themselves, their bosses, for the sake of money and expect that the work they do must please everyone. Even the subordinates and colleagues may insult us, some may tease and some may trap us in problems. What we tend to forget is everyone around is selfish and wants to keep all recognition and rewards for themselves. Therefore when we work and expect our bosses to be happy, it happens that boss has different expectations towards the work we have done and hence pressurises and shouts in turn. The result is the boss is highly unpleased with our performance and we think that although you have done the work sincerely our boss has thrown you away. The only reason behind all this is “expectations”. This expectation is from both sides and is the root cause of all problems.

That is the reason one must work for Bagawan Krishna. When we do our work for Him, He won’t let it become incorrect and will see to it that we will get rewarded properly. When we do your work for Bagawan Krishna even if we commit any mistake HE will point us out our mistake and help us to do it correctly because it is HIS work we are doing and He loves perfection. 

For example if one has to write on a certain project and gives that work to his / her son and later supervise that work. If at all his / her son were to commit any mistake then the parent will immediately correct him and get the work done to perfection. In the same way Bagawan Krishna will also get the work done to perfection. As Bagawan Krishna is present everywhere He knows what is the expectation of the boss and will make us work in such a way that it will please the boss.

Bagawan Krishna will help in such a way that the subordinate who tease us or are against us will start helping us. The one who had planned to trap us will themselves get trapped. Working for Bagawan Krishna means not to think it is our job. Take it as Krishna’s prasadam. Think what we are doing this job as a duty towards Krishna. Consider ourself as a medium through which Krishna gets His work done. When we do this automatically the mind is totally relaxed and focussed on the job. We can work more confidently and our attitude towards the job will also change. We will feel so confident and yet so humble.

We feel confident because we know Bagawan Krishna Himself is supervising our work and hence we are definitely going to succeed. At the same time we feel humble because when we do our work for Bagawan Krishna we automatically lose all our pride, ego and bad vices and become pure. That is the power of Lord Krishna. Therefore it is always important to do all our work for Bagawan Krishna at all times. One must always remember that ’if Krishna brings us to it, then definitely He will bring us through it.’ When we work for Krishna then we never lose and we automatically understand what, how and when it is to be done. It is so simple.

When we work for our boss, we have many hurdles and tough times but when we work for Bagawan Krishna, He’ll help us to face and overcome the hurdles and we'll be blessed to get His darshan!!! For example, Akrura was Kamsa’s minister and he used to work under him. But whatever work he did it was only for Bagawan Krishna. One fine day, Kamsa sent Akrura himself to bring Krishna from Mathura. In the same way, Vidhur worked for Dhrutharashtra but he was a strong devotee of Krishna and whatever work he performed, it was only for Krishna. In return, for this strong devotion Krishna Himself went to Vidhur’s house. Like this there are thousands of examples in Hinduism. There are thousands of devotees who had performed their Karma (duty) for Bagawan Krishna and attained eternal happiness.

All we have to do is when we start any work in the morning just pray to the ocean of mercy, Lord Krishna, “Oh Krishna! I don’t know anything, I am zero, and everything is Yours. I am surrendering myself totally to You. Please take care of me!!” Try this and get blessed to experience the supreme bliss.

One needs immense boldness and courage to do Bhakthi. He should not worry about anything or anybody while in the process of doing Bhakthi. Many people do Bhakthi for fame and hence they are not successful in doing Bhakthi and realize Bhagawaan i.e., attain the ultimate state of oneness with God. Even if there is a very good person on this earth, there are people who find faults with him too. This is the human tendency. The human beings have not spared Lord Rama and Lord Krishna too and also many more bhakthaas in this regard. So, nothing should bother us in doing Bhakthi.

How is it possible to do Bhakthi without getting disturbed? In this paasuram Sri Kulasekhara Aazhwar explains and shares his experience as to how to do Bhakthi and not bother about anything else.Radhekrishna!

Sri Kulasekhara Aazhwar says that, for him, all the samsarees seem to be mad and for the samsarees, I look like a mad. According to the views of bhakthaas, those who are deeply merged with the worldly pleasures, are all just to be called as mad. Since, these indefinite and temporary pleasures do not give everlasting happiness. Hence, Kulasekhara Aazhwar refers them as mad people. By saying so, he does not mean that one should not eat, sleep or earn money for the livelihood. But, should not get crazily involved in it. The divine couple, Sri Jayadevar and Srimathi Padmavathi lived in this same world, yet, did all the activities for the sake of God alone and enjoyed it. While doing Bhakthi, one should give importance only to their Guru’s words. Just as the small children do not worry about anything, the people should also do Bhakthi and enjoy Bhagawaan without any worries. Bhagawaan is there to take care of this world and all the things going on around us. Our duty is, to only do Bhakthi.

Similarly, the people who are crazy with these worldly pleasures, look at the bhakthaas and assume them to be mad for running behind God. They feel, why are they spending all their time in such things? People think that they can do this Bhakthi in the old age. Hence, Sri Kulasekhara Aazhwar concludes that everybody is mad. There are some people who are mad with worldly pleasures, while some others are mad for God. He also adds that there is no need to talk about this concept. He firmly says that, I am not going to think about anything else and hence I’ve become mad of God. Aayane! (The best shepherd) Arangaa! (The God who resides in Srirangam). Kulasekara Aazhwar proudly says that, I am very happy in being a mad for God as I accept it and enjoy it. Today, we are talking about this great bhaktha, Sri Kulasekhara  Aazhwar, only for the reason that he was mad of God. Sri Krishna Chaithanya Mahaprabhu was madly chanting Krishna, Krishna, Krishna………., Bhaktha Meerabai was madly chanting Giridhara Gopala, Giridhara Gopala, Giridhara Gopala……….., another great bhakthai Sackubai was madly chanting Vittal, Vittal, Vittal………. And the list goes on. Hence, it is only the other people who are to be called as mad.

We have spent so many janmas by craving and being mad for worldly things. Why not try atleast this janma by being mad for God? So be mad of God and enjoy the eternal happiness. It is not enough by just reading this message. One has to apply it in his life i.e., become mad of God and enjoy the boundless pleasure. The Gopis were always yearning for their beloved Krishna and were mad of Krishna. Finally, seeing their pure love and devotion, Krishna himself became mad of the Gopis. So, don’t you want God to be mad of you? Do such a bhakthi from today itself and experience the joy and bliss in this birth itself. Radhekrishna!

Who can accurately assess the power of ocean? Anybody can predict but, no one can decide.  But I am going to tell about the drop of ocean.  Yes! The experience, living with Amma is the best in the world. But I don’t have the words to explain the bliss. But I'll attempt to reveal somewhat like a drop in the mighty ocean.

In my life the greatest experience is the first "darshan” of Amma.  All of a sudden my mind got that entire peace, which I never experienced in my life as well as what I searched in my life. I forgot to blink my eyes. At that time, I didn’t know who She is? I was fully sunk with the feelings, that were mixed up with the happiness and wondering as when I saw Her Lotus Feet, that’s all. My mind, heart I don’t know what is the exact word to explain that feeling.  Everything… everything went to Her feet I totally surrendered to Her feet.  But I stood where I was, She also stood  where She was.  Only my body was standing at that moment. Everything  happened within two minutes. As she talked something with Her sishyar, fraction of a second Her eyes  touched me. Krishna! Krishna! I can’t tell that experience. I surrendered myself at Her feet and was prostrating mentally till I didn’t come out of Her divine place at Chennai. Truly I didn’t want to come out of it.

Each and everyday I am getting different experiences in Amma’s gruham.  I feel this is my sky to fly. But when I feel pain in my wings, I get the mercy from Amma’s eyes, then   my energy is boosted up to do anything.  Radhekrishna! With the blessings of Amma, I tried to explain how I felt with Amma.
